Processing Time
We know you're excited! All orders are processed and dispatched from our Ahmedabad warehouse within 24-48 business hours.
Delivery Times
We partner with trusted carriers to get your toys to you quickly. Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
- Other Cities: 4-7 business days
Shipping Costs
We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders over ₹999. A flat rate of ₹50 is charged for all other orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package's journey.
Return & Exchange Policy
30-Day Easy Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
How to Initiate a Return

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
